Throughout February 2012 Citizens Advice is trying to find out how you access your cash.

People can lose their life savings, find themselves with crippling debts and experience mental health problems.
We will be announcing the results of our recent scams survey soon, and we are already working with Trading Standards to plan the next round of action.
