How would you be affected if your bank stopped you from using other banks cash machines?

Last year we made 2.87 billion visits to cash machines in the UK, withdrawing on average 520 million pounds each day.

Throughout February 2012 Citizens Advice is trying to find out how you access your cash.

 

Scams and frauds cost people millions every year, causing misery and distress.

People can lose their life savings, find themselves with crippling debts and experience mental health problems.

We will be announcing the results of our recent scams survey soon, and we are already working with Trading Standards to plan the next round of action.

Making ESA Work Better
