Projects
Specialist advice on discrimination in employment for people who live, work or are visiting the Gt Yarmouth area is now available at the Gt Yarmouth CAB as a result of a funding award from the Equality and Human Rights Commission. The specialist worker will be able to help clients with letters, questionnaires and claims to the Employment Tribunal. Clients who feel that they have been discriminated against in their workplace on grounds of gender, race, disability, sexual orientation, religion or belief and age, should email the specialist worker at the bureau to make an appointment, or telephone 01493 845456, Tuesdays and Thursdays, or 01953 713616 (24 hour answerphone)
Debt and employment specialist advice is available in the Gt Yarmouth bureau, for people who are eligible for Legal Help (formerly Legal Aid), funded by the Legal Services Commission. Telephone 01493 845455 or email here for information.
Debt advice is also available under the Financial Inclusion Fund for those who find money management difficult. Telephone 01493 845458 or email here for information.
